| Obverse description | Plain cream-coloured paper note enclosed within a fine letterpress border of dashed and ruled lines with corner ornaments. The denomination "Gutschein über 1 Mark." is set in large blackletter type at the top, followed by the payability clause and issuing office in a central text block. A circular violet official stamp bearing a Prussian eagle vignette is applied at centre, overlapping a hand-stamped serial number in orange-red; two manuscript signatures appear in the lower portion beneath the printed authority lines "Der Landrat." and "Der Rendant." |
