| Obverse description | Unadorned cream paper note written entirely in German Kurrent script by hand, with a stamped serial number in grey at the top centre. The body text identifies the note as a wertbeständiger Verrechnungsschein (value-stable clearing certificate) of the Elektrizitätskasse Tiengen for one Goldmark, with a clause confirming acceptance by the Stadtkasse Tiengen for payment of taxes and electricity accounts until 31 December 1923. The note is dated Tiengen, 17 November 1923 and bears two manuscript signatures in violet and blue ink beneath the printed designations Der Bürgermeister and Der Stadtkämmerer; no vignette, guilloche, or underprint is present. |
