Reverse description The denomination and date are inscribed in four lines across the central field in bold serif capital letters: '1' above 'MARCK' above 'DANSKE' above '1675'. A decorative floral wreath, composed of symmetrical foliate sprays with blossoms and scrolling leaves, frames the lower portion of the inscription. The field is plain and unadorned aside from the lettering and wreath, and a beaded inner border runs along the coin's edge, consistent with the milled coinage of Christian V's reign.
