| Reverse description | The reverse carries a yellow-striped underprint ground against which a red-outlined map of the North Schleswig plebiscite zone occupies the central field, with place names including 'Hoyer', 'Tondern', 'Tingleff', and 'Flensburg' marked by dots, and the demarcation lines 'Tiedje Linie' and 'Glausen Linie' indicated. Two Danish flags appear at upper left and right above the map, while a Schleswig-Holstein tricolour flag and the Imperial German tricolour flag are placed at lower left and right respectively. A circular municipality seal ('GEMEINDE-SIEGEL TINGLEFF') bearing an eagle device is impressed at upper right, with a manuscript signature of the Gemeindevorsteher below the map. The upper margin bears the legend 'Der Deutsche fordert die Tiedje-Linie.' and the lower margin reads 'Freiheit die ich meine.', with bilingual side inscriptions in Danish and German.
