| Obverse description | Draped bust of a female figure facing right, her hair elaborately dressed with flowing locks and adorned with a small laurel sprig, wearing a lace-trimmed bodice. The effigy is rendered in a refined baroque style typical of Italian luigino coinage of the mid-seventeenth century. The circular legend PVLCRA VIRTVTIS IMAGO ('Beautiful image of virtue') surrounds the bust, separated by stops. |
