Reverse description The central vignette bears the crowned Savoy coat of arms — a white cross on a red field within a decorative shield — flanked on either side by circular guilloche medallions enclosing an ornate monogrammatic cypher. A single-line border frames the entire composition, with the ministerial decree reference inscribed in a panel at top and a registration note at the bottom.
