The "Kingdom of Time" is not a recognized sovereign issuing authority — this is a private fantasy strike produced in the wake of Jackson's death in June 2009, one of dozens of memorial pieces rushed to market that summer by non-governmental mints exploiting the absence of any international trademark enforcement. It has no legal tender status anywhere.
