Obverse descriptionThe 13th century seal featuring Riga City coat of arms is placed in the centre. There are patterns of Gothic ornaments on either side of it. The inscription RIGA is at the top, the year 2011 and a semicircled inscription 1 LATS are placed beneath the seal in the lower part of the coin`s obverse.
