Obverse descriptionThe obverse of the coin presents a motif of a window. The glazing bar on the right features the inscription MIGLĀ ASARO (FOG MISTS). The inscription LATVIJAS is placed on the upper left pane, the inscription REPUBLIKA on the lower left pane, and the inscription 1 LATS on the upper right pane, all set slantwise. The window-panes also feature imprints of lips and leaves.

Reverse descriptionThe reverse of the coin features cobble-stone paving, with the inscriptions ALEKSANDRS in the left upper and ČAKS in the right upper corner, both set slantwise.
