Reverse description The reverse features the Danish Royal Arms at center: a crowned shield bearing three passant-guardant lions accompanied by nine hearts, rendered in fine detail. The royal crown surmounting the shield is elaborately depicted with arches and orb. The denomination 1 KRONE arcs along the upper legend, while the four-digit date is split to either side of the crown, flanking the shield. A raised inner rim borders the design.
