Obverse description Central field features the arms of the Bishopric of Augsburg — a crowned oval shield bearing a cross — flanked by the divided date 16-21. Above the shield, the initials H.E.A. (Henricus Episcopus Augustanus) appear in Latin lettering, separated by pellets. The entire design is enclosed within a plain inner circle and a prominent outer beaded border. The overall presentation is characteristic of the debased Kipper-period coinage, struck on a roughly prepared copper flan.

Reverse description The reverse is entirely blank, with no design, legend, or devices of any kind. The plain copper surface bears only the natural texture and marks of the hammered flan, consistent with the emergency character of Kipper-period small coinage. This uninscribed reverse is a deliberate feature of this issue type.
