Reverse description The denomination and date are inscribed in four lines within an open laurel wreath, the branches of which rise symmetrically from the base and curve outward to frame the central field. The top line bears the numeral '1', followed by 'KREU' and 'TZER' on successive lines, with the last two lines giving the abbreviated year date and the mintmaster's initials 'SM', identifying the responsible mint official. The wreath tips are bound at the base and terminate with floral ornaments.
