Reverse description The denomination EIN KREUZER is inscribed in two lines of bold, serifed Latin capitals occupying the upper and central field, preceded by a six-pointed rosette ornament at the top. Below the denomination, the date 1816 is displayed in large numerals, flanked on either side by a graceful sprig of laurel forming a partial wreath that curves inward toward the base. The mint mark A, denoting the Vienna Mint, appears in the lower exergual area between the two laurel sprigs, with a small dot terminating the date numeral to the right.
