Obverse description Central field displays the quartered episcopal coat of arms of Bishop Francis Conrad of Rodt, surmounted by a galero (wide-brimmed ecclesiastical hat) with tassels and a processional cross above the shield. The arms are supported by decorative mantling on either side. A circular Latin legend surrounds the design, reading F.C.S.R.E.P.C.DE RODT E.CONSTAN.S.R.I.P., abbreviating the bishop's full titles as Prince-Bishop of Constance and Prince of the Holy Roman Empire. The overall composition is characteristic of late 18th-century German ecclesiastical coinage, with fine engraving details on the heraldic elements.

Reverse description Plain field bearing a simple three-line inscription in bold serif capital letters: EIN KREUTZER across the upper portion of the field, followed by the date 1772 in the lower portion. The mint mark G, for the Günzburg mint, appears below the date. The design is austere and purely typographic, consistent with contemporary minor copper coinage of the Holy Roman Empire, with no additional decorative elements.
