Obverse description Central field features a crowned orb or globe device, heavily worn, set within a circular border. The legend surrounding the central device reads the date 1726 and the denomination inscription EINEN KREVTZER, arranged along the inner periphery. The design is struck in low relief on a small flan typical of minor Rhenish Kreuzer coinage of the early eighteenth century. The coin exhibits significant wear consistent with heavy circulation.
