| Obverse description | Central device comprises the crowned Saxon arms — a shield barry of ten sable and or with a crancelin (rautenkranz) in bend — supported by decorative foliate mantling on either side. The shield is surmounted by a princely crown. A circular Latin legend runs around the periphery, separated from the central device by a beaded or plain inner border, reading CHARL. AMA. D. G. D. S. TVTRIX. REGENS, identifying Charlotte Amalie as regent by the grace of God of the Duchy of Saxony. |

| Reverse description | The reverse presents a fully inscribed field with no pictorial device, displaying the denomination and issuing authority in five horizontal lines of Latin text within decorative foliate scroll borders at top and bottom. The numeral 1 appears prominently at the top within the scrollwork, followed by the abbreviated legend S COB MEIN CONVENT KREVZER, and the date 1771 with the Saalfeld Mint master's initials ICK below. The composition is typical of small late 18th-century German Convention coinage. |
