Obverse description Central field features the crowned Nuremberg civic arms: a shield divided diagonally, displaying the imperial eagle in the lower left canton, surmounted by a mural crown. The shield is flanked on both sides by ornate laurel or olive branches forming a wreath, lending the composition a formal heraldic character consistent with late Holy Roman Empire municipal coinage.
