Obverse description Hammered silver flan of irregular round form bearing a two-line Devanagari devotional legend in bold relief, reading 'Hatakeshwara Namah' (Homage to Hatakeshwara, the presiding deity of Junagadh). The inscription fills the entire field in a characteristic archaic script style consistent with the Shahi coinage of Junagadh. Additional partial lettering is visible along the upper periphery of the coin. The design is aniconic, reflecting the religious and administrative traditions of the Junagadh princely state.
