Obverse description A couchant bull (Nandi) depicted in left profile occupies the central field, rendered in the characteristic crude style of hammered Mysore copper coinage. The figure is shown recumbent with the head raised, a traditional emblem of the Hindu Kingdom of Mysore associated with the deity Shiva. The flan is irregular and slightly squared at the edges, typical of the hand-struck issues of this period. The field surrounding the bull is plain and unadorned, with no legends or border ornament.

Reverse description The reverse displays a grid or lattice pattern formed by two sets of crossed parallel lines dividing the field into multiple rectangular sections, a design characteristic of Mysore kasu copper coinage of the 17th–18th centuries. The lines are incuse and crudely struck, consistent with the hammered technique employed at the Mysore mint. The overall composition fills most of the flan, with no inscriptions, legends, or additional decorative elements present. The irregular flan edges are clearly visible around the patterned field.
