Reverse description Arabic legend spread across the reverse field in multiple registers, incorporating the regnal year expressed in abjad or numerical form, consistent with Tughluqid mint practice. The inscription includes the hijri date referencing the years AH 727–729, rendered in bold hammered relief within a plain border. The legend appears to contain the mint name and dating formula typical of Delhi Sultanate fractional coinage of this reign. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, a natural consequence of the hand-hammered production technique. Overall execution is bold though uneven, with crowding of script elements near the flan periphery.
