Obverse description Central field bearing the Arabic inscription 'Firuz Shah Sultani' in bold Naskh script, arranged across two lines within an irregular flan. The legend is the primary design element, with no figural imagery, consistent with Islamic aniconographic tradition. Dots serve as decorative separators within the field. The lettering is boldly struck though somewhat irregular due to the hand-hammered production method.
