| Obverse description | Central design depicts a Mûmak (Oliphaunt), the great war-beast of the Haradrim, shown in left-facing profile with trunk raised and tusks extended. The creature bears upon its back an elaborate howdah in the form of a crenellated tower, and its caparison displays a decorative panel bearing the denomination numeral. The entire design is set within an octagonal inner border recessed into a flat field, with a raised rim enclosing the composition. The rendering is in a bold, low-relief style consistent with the fantasy coinage tradition of the Shire Post Mint. |
