| Obverse description | Central field occupied by the Bavarian lozenge shield, displaying the characteristic bendy lozengy pattern of alternating diagonal rows of diamonds in the arms of the Duchy of Bavaria. The denomination numeral '1' and initial 'H' appear above the shield, flanking a central dot, while the date '17 61' is divided and placed to either side of the lower portion of the shield.
