| Obverse description | The crowned civic arms of Augsburg occupy the central field, depicting a pine cone on a stepped base within an ornate shield surmounted by a mural crown. The shield is flanked on the left by a palm branch and on the right by a laurel branch, both springing outward symmetrically. Crossed sceptres or batons appear below the shield in the lower field. The design is executed in a neat, classicizing style characteristic of late 18th-century German municipal coinage. |

| Reverse description | The denomination and date are inscribed in three lines across the central field, reading 'I' on the first line, 'HELLER' on the second in bold block lettering, and the year of issue on the third line. A six-pointed star ornament appears below the date in the lower field. The reverse is unadorned save for a fine beaded border encircling the inscriptions, consistent with the plain typographic style typical of Augsburg's small copper coinage of this period. |
