| Obverse description | Central field dominated by a large heraldic hand (the traditional arms of Schwäbisch Hall), depicted with fingers upright and palm facing outward, set within a pointed shield. The shield is rendered in a bold, simplified Gothic style characteristic of early 15th-century hammered bracteate-derivative coinage.
