Reverse description Composite heraldic shield with a flat-topped form displaying the dynastic arms quartered with the arms of Hungary, Bohemia, a combined device of Castile and León, and the combined arms of Austria and Burgundy. The shield is surmounted by an elaborate archducal crown flanked by decorative Renaissance ornamental scrollwork in the field. The date appears at the conclusion of the circular legend, which reads DVX BVRGVNDIE COMES TIROLIS followed by the year 1569, citing Ferdinand's titles as Duke of Burgundy and Count of Tyrol.
