Two small mint symbols flank the lower portion of the shield. A scrolled ribbon banner below the shield bears the motto LIBERTATE UNANIMUS. The date 1969 appears in the lower field, and the circular legend NEDERLANDSE ANTILLEN arcs around the upper periphery within a dentilated border.
