Obverse description Draped and armored bust of Frederick Casimir facing right, with flowing long hair in the baroque style, wearing plate armor with ornate gorget and lace cravat visible at the neck. The effigy is set within a beaded inner circle. The surrounding Latin legend reads FRID.CAS.COM.HAN.RH.ET.BIP.DN.MVNTZENB, with a star serving as the terminal stop, distributed around the periphery of the coin.

Reverse description Quartered heraldic shield bearing the arms of the County of Hanau-Lichtenberg, surmounted by an elaborate open crown with floral finials. The shield displays multiple quarterings including chevrons, barry fields, and rampant lions. The date 16-75 is divided to either side of the shield, with the mintmaster's initials S M appearing at the base below the shield. The encircling Latin legend, continuing from the obverse, references Lichtenberg, Ochsenstein, and the Margraviate of Alsace, with the denomination mark 60 (Kreuzer) incorporated into the legend.
