Obverse description Draped bust of Frederick Casimir facing right, depicted with long flowing curled hair characteristic of the late 17th-century baroque style, wearing a lace cravat and armored cuirass. The portrait is rendered in high relief and occupies the central field of the coin. A circular Latin legend surrounds the bust along the periphery, separated from the design by an inner beaded border. The engraving reflects the refined portrait style common to German territorial coinage of the period.
