This is a fantasy note — Isaac Newton never appeared on any official Bank of England issue, and the Guinea denomination was discontinued in 1816. Gabris is a prolific designer of privately produced "artistic banknotes" sold as collectibles, with no legal tender status in any jurisdiction. The Guinea valuation of 21 shillings, a unit that survived in professional fee structures and auction catalogues long after the coin itself vanished, lends the piece a certain period authenticity, but the note is a modern novelty item.
The watermark security feature is present as a production choice, not a regulatory requirement.
