Obverse description Central field displays the heraldic arms of Moldavia — the auroch's head facing forward, set within a beaded inner circle and surrounded by a Cyrillic legend in the outer border. The auroch's head is flanked by a five-pointed star to the upper left and a crescent to the upper right, with a rose or floral motif below, all characteristic devices of the Moldavian princely coinage. The overall composition is rendered in the flat, linear hammered style typical of early 16th-century Moldavian groschen.

Reverse description Central field bears a quartered shield displaying a cross-shaped device, topped by a princely crown, all set within a beaded inner circle. The shield is enclosed within a rope-like or beaded frame, with a Cyrillic inscription running continuously in the outer legend border. The design follows the standard heraldic style of Ștefăniță's coinage and is executed in the characteristic crude hammered technique of Moldavian medieval minting.
