| Obverse description | Central field dominated by the Moldavian aurochs head facing forward, depicted in low relief in the characteristic medieval hammered style. Above the aurochs head appears a star between the horns, with a crescent moon to the lower left of the head, all standard heraldic charges of the Moldavian arms. The devices are enclosed within an inner beaded circle, beyond which runs the Latin circumferential legend. The flan is irregular, as typical of hammered medieval coinage, with some legend loss at the periphery. |

| Reverse description | Central field bearing the quartered shield of Moldavia, divided into four quarters displaying alternating horizontal bars and a cross pattee, with a rosette at the base point of the shield. The shield is enclosed within an inner beaded circle, surrounded by the Latin circumferential ruler's legend. The execution is characteristic of late 15th-century Moldavian hammered silver coinage, with the legend partially weakly struck due to the irregular flan. |
