Reverse description A bold cross with trefoil or floral terminals at each arm occupies the central field, dividing the reverse into four quarters. In each quadrant, a rampant lion facing left is depicted in relief, referencing the heraldic arms associated with the lordship. The design follows the standard Groschen cross-and-lion convention of the Lower Rhine region. A beaded inner circle frames the central device, with the circumferential Latin legend in Gothic lettering running between the inner and outer beaded borders.
