Reverse description A mounted knight is depicted in profile advancing to the left, seated on a galloping horse. The rider holds a raised sword in his left hand in an attacking posture, with additional heraldic or decorative elements visible in the field. The figure is rendered in a schematic, linear style typical of medieval Moldavian groschen coinage. A beaded inner circle borders the design, with the surrounding uncial Latin legend naming the voivode. The flan is irregular and shows characteristic surface texture of a hand-struck hammered issue.
