Obverse description Crowned and mantled achievement of arms featuring a quartered oval shield with a central escutcheon, supported by elaborate drapery and flanked by heraldic supporters. The shield displays the composite arms of the Teutonic Order grandmaster, incorporating multiple quartered fields. A princely crown surmounts the shield above the mantling. The encircling legend runs along the outer border of the coin in Latin, separated by stops.
