Obverse description Central field displays a rampant lion passant to the left, rendered in low relief within a sexilobe (hexafoil) frame enclosed by a beaded inner circle. The heraldic lion, characteristic of the Lordship of Reckheim's armorial tradition, is depicted with raised forepaw and tail curled upward. The surrounding outer legend, separated from the inner design by a beaded border, reads in uncial Gothic letterforms and names the issuing lord. The overall design consciously imitates the Castilian blanca type in its format and composition.
