Reverse description Central shield bearing the Moers coat of arms, set within a four-lobed or quatrefoil frame. In the four angles surrounding the central device appear the subsidiary heraldic shields of the electorate's allied territories: Mainz in the upper field, Trier to the left, Bavaria-Palatinate to the right, and Jülich in the lower field. The surrounding legend in uncial script reads MON NOV KONIXD, denoting the nova moneta struck at the Königsdorf mint. The arrangement follows the standard Rhenish goldgulden reverse typology of the period.
