Obverse description Central ornate cross divides the field into four quadrants, each containing a heraldic shield representing the coats of arms of Silesia, Glatz, Oels, and Jauer respectively. A small central escutcheon is placed at the crossing of the arms. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with the ducal legend disposed around the circumference in Latin uncial script.
