Reverse description A trefoil cross of Cologne dominates the center of the reverse, with the small shield of the Wied family arms superimposed at the central crossing point. A small heraldic shield occupies each lobe of the trefoil. The date appears incorporated within the encircling Latin legend, identifying this as a gold issue of the Cologne archiepiscopal mint.
