| Obverse description | Central field displays the oval papal arms of Clement XI within an elaborate baroque cartouche adorned with scrolling acanthus foliage. The shield, divided per fess, bears in chief a six-pointed star and in base three hills (monti), emblematic of the Albani family. Above the escutcheon rests the papal tiara surmounted by a cross, flanked by the crossed keys of Saint Peter tied with a cord. The circumferential legend in Latin runs along the inner border, separated from the milled outer rim by a raised ring. |

| Reverse description | A three-line Latin scriptural inscription is displayed within a decoratively shaped cartouche occupying the central field, recalling the biblical precept that charity covers a multitude of sins. Below the cartouche appear the heraldic arms of the mint president, Monsignor Molara, serving as a mintmaster's mark. The composition is rendered in the restrained baroque style typical of early eighteenth-century papal coinage from the Rome mint. |
