Obverse description	The obverse is printed in red-brown on a light ground, with a guilloche border enclosing the central text panel. The large denomination inscription NJE FRANGE appears in bold letterpress at centre, with a serial number above it, and the date C. 10-12-1918 at the top. The lower portion carries the legends DRI. FINANCES and QEVERITARI DELEGAT flanking two manuscript signatures, with the denomination 1/fr repeated in the four corners.
