Obverse description Central device consisting of a bold five-pointed star (Seal of Solomon) in high relief, its interlaced triangular points framed by finely detailed arabesque foliate ornaments filling the angles between the star's arms. A bilingual circular legend surrounds the design, with Arabic script in the upper arc reading 'الدولة المغربية' (Al-Dawla al-Maghribiya), and Latin text distributed around the lower arc reading 'EMPIRE . MAROC . CHERIFIEN', all separated by small dot stops. The overall composition reflects the decorative aesthetic of the French Protectorate coinage tradition.
