| Obverse description | Hercules (Heracles) kneeling to the right in the act of drawing a bow, his figure resting upon a decorative base bearing the date 1924 in the exergue. To the left in the field, the crowned coat of arms of Prince Louis II of Monaco. The engraver's signature E.M. LINDAUER appears below the figure. The border is ornamented with an alternating pattern of raised points and arrowheads within the inner circle of the legend. The surrounding legend reads HERCUL·MONOEC· DEO JVVANTE. |
