| Obverse description | Printed in dark blue on cream paper, the note is framed by an elaborate lace-pattern guilloche border. The central panel carries the denomination UN FRANC in large bold letters, flanked on either side by the heraldic arms of Alençon and Flers respectively, each below a signature line for the President of the respective Chambre de Commerce. The issuing authority's name and the deliberation date of 10 August 1915 appear above the denomination, with an exchangeability clause referencing the Banque de France below. |
