| Obverse description | Orange and black letterpress note with an elaborate guilloche underprint of interlocking rosettes and repeated monogram motifs filling the entire field. At upper center, a crowned cartouche bearing the Bergerac coat of arms is set within a decorative banner inscribed with the issuer's name, flanked by ornate foliate vignettes. At lower center, a fine intaglio medallion presents the Maison des Rois de France, with printed signature lines for the President and Treasurer on either side, and the printer's imprint at the bottom margin. |
