| Obverse description | Brown letterpress note on a woven guilloche underprint in ochre tones, with a decorative border of repeated geometric and dash motifs at the margins. The issuer's title appears in an ornate cartouche at the top centre flanked by foliate sprigs, while the denomination UN FRANC is set in large bold type across the centre field, with numeral 1 in circular medallions at each side. A serial number and series letter appear above the denomination, with signature lines for Le Président and Le Trésorier below, and the issue date inscribed in a scrolled panel at the foot. |
