Reverse description Central field bearing a stylized heraldic or devotional device, likely a cross or civic emblem, struck on a broad but irregularly shaped copper flan. The design is worn and weakly struck in keeping with the rough hammered technique of autonomous Dulcigno municipal coinage of the 14th century. Partial circular legend surrounds the central motif, though largely illegible due to the crude striking and natural wear of the flan. The reverse fabric is consistent with the obverse, displaying the flat, uneven surfaces characteristic of medieval Adriatic follaro issues.
