| Obverse description | Central field depicts a standing figure, likely a saint or religious personage, shown frontally in a hieratic pose with hands raised or joined in a gesture of veneration. The figure is rendered in low relief consistent with late medieval hammered coinage. A nimbus or halo is suggested above the head.
