Obverse description Central quartered shield bearing the arms of the Livonian Order — the cross of the Teutonic Knights in the upper-left and lower-right quarters, and the Kettler family arms in the remaining quarters — with the last two digits of the date (6 and 0) flanking the shield in the left and right fields respectively. The shield is set within a linear inner circle. A circular Latin legend runs between the inner circle and the beaded outer border.
