Obverse description Square copper flan with bold raised Arabic script arranged in two registers separated by a horizontal line. The upper register bears the royal name and epithet of Nasir Shah al-Khalji, while the lower register carries his patronymic reference to Ghiyath Shah. The lettering is executed in a characteristic Sultanate calligraphic style with robust strokes. The coin surface shows typical hammered irregular edges and natural green patination consistent with copper alloy. No figurative devices or decorative borders are present, the design being entirely epigraphic.
